Using graphite, fill one page of your sketchbook with a drawing of the pelvis of the model skeleton in the drawing room from the front. Then, fill a second page of your sketchbook with a drawing of the same skeleton pelvis from the back.

Remember to spray seal your drawings as soon as you have completed them.
