Documentation Disk/Drive

Why we’re doing this:
We will develop our professional skills by practicing digitally archiving our work. It is important to learn how to create effective high-quality photos, videos, and audio of our work because it will not only prepare us for the basic requirements of being an arts professional, it is also a skill that will help you in any field.

Process:
This CD/DVD/jump-drive should contain documentation for all of your artworks from the semester. Name each file with YOUR NAME and then the title of the assignment.

If you use a DVD, it should be simply a data DVD, NOT a DVD that plays in a DVD-player.

The images/video/etc on this DVD should be the highest resolution/quality possible. If you did some editing, submit both the edited version AND the original.

Write your name on the disk or drive. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Grading:
– Must be turned in on time (I suggest you start VERY early to help head off any technical difficulties – there will be NO extensions)
– Quality of the images (good lighting, color correction, image sharpness, correct orientation, cropping, etc)
